Read: John 8:31-36 (KJV)
31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;
32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
33 They answered him, We be Abraham’s seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free?
34 Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.
35 And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever.
36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES WEDNESDAY, 1ST FEBRUARY. YOUR TRUE VALUE

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES WEDNESDAY, 1ST FEBRUARY.
YOUR TRUE VALUE.
And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth (Luke 12:15).
Some people rate or value themselves according to the amount of money they have. So, always, they’re punching the calculator to know their financial worth. If your value is according to some money, then you’re putting your life at some great risk. How can you subject your life to the uncertain and ever unstable monetary system of the world?

Keep Being Transformed

TUESDAY
JAN. 31

Romans 12:2 (GNB & KJV)Do not conform yourselves to the standards of this world, but let God transform you inwardly by a complete change of your mind. Then you will be able to know the will of God---what is good and is pleasing to him and is perfect. *And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Your walk with God is a glorious journey and in this journey, God wants to continue to transform you more and more into the image of Christ. 2Corinthians 3:18 says that as we continue to behold the glory of Christ, God will continue to transform us from glory to glory by His Spirit, into the image of Christ. Focus more on the glory of Christ as you pray and study the Word of God in your fellowship with God and the Spirit of God will continually transform you into more of Christ's likeness.

OPEN HEAVENS

UNDER A DIVINE CURSE? – Tuesday January 31st 2017

Memorise: And Cain said unto the LORD, my punishment is greater than I can bear. Genesis 4:13
Read: Genesis 4:1-15 (KJV)
1 And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the Lord.
2 And she again bare his brother Abel. And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground.
3 And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the Lord.
4 And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the Lord had respect unto Abel and to his offering:
5 But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell.
6 And the Lord said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen?
7 If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.
8 And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him.
9 And the Lord said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother’s keeper?
10 And he said, What hast thou done? the voice of thy brother’s blood crieth unto me from the ground.
11 And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother’s blood from thy hand;
12 When thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth.
13 And Cain said unto the Lord, My punishment is greater than I can bear.
14 Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me.
15 And the Lord said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And the Lord set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him.

MESSAGE

Do you know that besides physical death there is also material death? One of the most dreaded and avoided passages in the Bible is Deuteronomy 28:15-68. Ironically, one of the best loved and most read passages of Scriptures come from the first 14 verses of that same chapter. People want to read about God’s blessings but they never want to be told about the curses. However, it is very instructive to read the passages that talk about the curses too, so that you can discern if your life is manifesting any of the curses and to seek spiritual help if that is the case. Open heavens devotionals 2017. These passages also help us to know what the God who blesses His obedient children can do to those who disobey Him. It is also good to take a careful study of those who were placed under a divine curse in the Bible, so that you can steadfastly avoid their errors.
One repercussion for disobeying God is material death brought about by several agents of death. According to Deuteronomy 28:15-68, for the act of disobedience, the disobedient fellow shall be cursed everywhere he or she goes. That means, spiritually, such a fellow is wearing the garment of curses! When a person is cursed by God, wherever he or she goes, people will just find themselves opposing him or her, even without real provocation. Divine curses attract other types of curses to the fellow who is cursed. Also, when an individual is under a divine curse, the curses that men placed on him will require no demonic power to make them work; they will just ride on the existing cursed climate surrounding the

In Matthew Chapter 6, Jesus gave His disciples a format on how to pray, and in verse 11, He said, “Give us this day our daily bread.” When He taught them this format of prayer, He hadn’t died on the cross; the New Testament hadn’t started, because a will doesn’t come into existence until the death of the testator. After the death of Jesus Christ, the New Testament was sealed; meaning that every provision from His will had become legal; you could now take advantage of it.

 2Chronicles 26:3-5
Sixteen years old was Uzziah when he began to reign, and he reigned fifty and two years in Jerusalem. His mother's name also was Jecoliah of Jerusalem. And he did that which was right in the sight of the LORD, according to all that his father Amaziah did. And he sought God in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding in the visions of God: and as long as he sought the LORD, God made him to prosper.

In 2Chronicles 26:15-16 (GNB), the Bible records details about Uzziah and we see in our text above that “in Jerusalem his inventors made equipment for shooting arrows and for throwing large stones from the towers and corners of the city wall. His fame spread everywhere, and he became very powerful because of the help he received from God. But when King Uzziah became strong, he grew arrogant, and that led to his downfall. He defied the LORD his God by going into the Temple to burn incense on the altar of incense. This same Uzziah that started so well and was greatly helped by God ended up dying as a leper because of his prideful rebellion against God, 2Chron.26:19-21.

So many people think that the reason King Saul did not end well was because he was not really God's choice or because God did not really want Israel to have a king like other nations. These assumptions are not true. If King Saul had remained submitted and yielded to God just the same way he was submitted and yielded to Kish (his earthly father) like we saw yesterday, he might not have ended the way that he did. Do you know that even Gideon that was mightily used by God to deliver Israel from the siege of the Midianites later built an idol which the Israelites continued to worship, Judges 8:27?

Desire today that God would not only do great exploits through you this year, but that you will remain humble and loyal to God throughout. You will end this year with God, better than you began it.

BEHOLD, THE COMFORTER

-JOHN 16:1-11

KEY VERSE:

"Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you" (John 16:7).
As the end of the world approaches, believers in Christ shall experience untold tribulation. However, we have the promise of the Comforter, the Holy Ghost Who is our Helper, Comforter and Strengthener in these perilous times. The Lord Jesus Christ has forewarned us about the dangers and hostilities of these end times so that we can prepare our minds to keep our faith unto the end. The main reason He has revealed this to us is so "that ye should not be offended" (John 16:1) or be made to stumble in the faith. There are several lessons we can learn from our text. One, we are forewarned about the hostility of the ungodly people both within religious circles and the non-religious. Two, the need to prepare one’s mind against persecution. The Scriptures affirm that "…all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution" (2 Timothy 3:12). Three, the strength of the Holy Ghost in one’s life. This is why the Lord said it is "expedient" for Him to depart this world so that He can send the Holy Ghost unto us. The Holy Ghost has been sent since the beginning, from the time of the apostles in Acts chapter two. Moreover, the need for every believer to recognize, desire and possess the Comforter in His fullness is reiterated in our text. He has a lot to do in one’s life and ministry as a Christian. The Holy Ghost searches all hearts (John 16:8-11; 1 Corinthians 2:10,11); convicts of sin (John 16:7-11) regenerates (Titus 3:5); bears witness with us (Romans 8:16); adopts into God’s family (Romans 8:15,16). He is the one who can help and grant victory during temptations. He strengthens and helps us to pray as we ought. He quickens and helps our body. He comforts and counsels the believer. He leads and guides the believer to do God’s will and work. He empowers, illuminates, inspires and reveals the deep things of God to the believer. No believer can be all that God intends he/she to be or do all that the Lord has appointed for him or her to accomplish in this world without the Holy Ghost. Therefore, consecrate your life to God. Be sanctified by faith in Christ Jesus and press forward to having the glorious experience of the baptism of Holy Ghost.
Thought for the day: It is best to be filled with the Spirit than be full of wine.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES MONDAY, 30TH JANUARY. PROCLAIM THE WORD TO EVERYTHING AROUND YOU.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES MONDAY, 30TH JANUARY.
PROCLAIM THE WORD TO EVERYTHING AROUND YOU.
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature (Mark 16:15).
Jesus didn’t send us to preach the Gospel to human beings only; He said, “Preach the Gospel to every creature.” That’s quite instructive. It means you can proclaim the Word to anything and everything around you, because everything in life has intelligence. Everything God made can hear and recognise His voice. Jesus proved this true. Once, He spoke to a tree and it withered from its roots (Mark 11:12-14, 20-21).
Perhaps your car has been grounded; if you’d talk to it; if you’d release words of power to that car, before long, it’ll be back on the road. Maybe your house and everything in it is getting old, you can call forth a renewal. Declare, “House, in the Name of Jesus, you’re renewed.” Walk through the rooms and prophesy that new furniture, decorative items, electronics, etc., are coming in the Name of Jesus!
Many haven’t come to that point of prophesying and speaking the Word to everything around them; so they complain. Don’t complain; proclaim the Word. Maybe you only have one pair of shoes; instead of complaining to God about it, declare, “I invoke the blessing of God on this shoe, to bring forth a harvest.” Then, give it to God as an offering. Before long, you’ll have more than enough shoes for yourself and to give as gifts to others.
You might ask, “Is it really that simple?” Sure it is! The principle is clear; Jesus said, "…Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit” (John 12:24). Proclaim the Word to your seed; your money and the things you own. Speak to your offerings to the Lord and say, “You’re coming back in a multiplied harvest, in the Name of Jesus; I release you with the blessings of God.”
Don’t cry for the lack of money; don’t cry about something you don’t have; put the principles in God’s Word to practice and you’ll surely have a testimony.
PRAYER
Dear heavenly Father, I thank you for making my life like a well-watered garden; I’m fruitful and productive always, and at all times. Everything and everyone that’s connected to me experiences the grace of God and responds to the influence and beauty righteousness that your produces. Goodness and mercy follow me every day of my life, and whatever I lay my hands to do prospers, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
Further Study: Mark 11:23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
2 Corinthians 4:13 We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;
Hebrews 13:5-6 [Let your] conversation [be] without covetousness; [and be] content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. 6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord [is] my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.

EMPATHY NOT HATRED

EMPATHY NOT HATRED

-JOB 26:1-14

KEY VERSE:

"Lo, these are parts of his ways: but how little a portion is heard of him? but the thunder of his power who can understand?" (Job 26:14).
When things go wrong as they sometimes would as long as we are still in this present evil world, what one expects from friends and acquaintances is empathy, love, care and understanding. Instead of these, the friends of Job were adducing that his suffering and afflictions were as a result of his sins. They were not charitable to him in his time of need. This is why Job asked the six questions in verses two to four of our text. How we need to be more cautious today when we are faced with situations we do not understand! In fact, the Scriptures enjoin us to be "swift to hear, slow to speak" (James 1:19). Having raised the questions in the first four verses of our text, the rest of the passage deals with the deeds and wonders of God which are beyond human comprehension. The Scriptures, and nature itself reveals unto us the wonders of our God. These are meant to stir in us reverence for God, to fear Him and to worship Him. "For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead…" (Romans 1:20). There are several lessons we must learn from this passage. One, we should empathize with those who are afflicted or are suffering and see how we can help them out of their predicament instead of adducing reasons for their suffering. Two, we should not have an "holier than thou" attitude towards our friends, neighbours and acquaintances. Three, we should not think evil of others (1 Corinthians 13:5). Instead of criticizing or finding faults, we should intercede for others, be kind in words and in deeds and not forget the wonders of God. We should remember that God knows all things and He can do all things. We should leave judgment to God and do our best to help those who are suffering around us.
Thought for the day: Those in despair need love and empathy, not critical and judgmental spirit.

BE CONSCIOUS OF YOUR DIVINITY.
Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world (1 John 4:17).
The very fact that you’re born again means you’re not an ordinary person, because you have in you the same life that God has. The God-life is in you. When Jesus walked the earth, He had this consciousness. In John 6:38, He said: “For I came down from heaven....” What audacity! Everyone knew Him as the son of Mary and Joseph the Carpenter, yet He declared He came down from heaven.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES FRIDAY, 27TH JANUARY. "SEIZE ETERNAL LIFE"

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES FRIDAY, 27TH JANUARY.
"SEIZE ETERNAL LIFE"
Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses (1 Timothy 6:12).
The underlined portion of our opening scripture, as rendered in the Greek, is “epilambanomai.” It means to take a hold of something without letting go. Here, the Apostle Paul takes a step further from what we read in 1 John 5:13, which we studied in our previous lesson. He says, “Don’t just be aware that you have eternal life; seize eternal life; take possession of it.” In other words, don’t let it be a mere theoretical knowledge to you.
Someone may be singing, “I’ve got the life of God in me...” but he’s not walking in the consciousness of that life, nor acting like it. Every now and then, he gripes, “You know, I’ve had this migraine headache that has been with me for fifteen years.” No one who’s taken a hold of eternal life talks like that. Eternal life is the God-life; it’s incorruptible. It can’t be tainted, defiled or corrupted by sickness, disease, failure, death or the devil. It’s the divine life.
You might be praying, “Oh God, please take away this sickness from me”; that may not change anything. You might say, “But God says ‘I’ll take sickness away from among you’”; He already did that in Christ Jesus. In God’s eyes, you’re already perfect, even though you might be going through trials, pains, and difficulties. To Him, you’ve been perfected in Christ Jesus. He sees you the way He sees Jesus. In His sight, there’s nothing wrong with you.
Therefore, align yourself with His thoughts and visions, through the Word, and declare, “I’m perfected in Christ Jesus; I refuse to accommodate any sickness, disease or pain in my body, because I have the life of God in me! I’ve taken hold of eternal life.”
You’re an associate of the God-kind; the life and nature of God have been imparted into your spirit. Now that you’re born again, you have eternal life in you. You’re not going to have it after you’ve prayed, and struggled to please God. It’s in your spirit now! Live in this consciousness and stand up to who you are in Christ.
CONFESSION
I’ve taken a hold of eternal life. Therefore, it doesn’t matter the trials, pains, and difficulties in the world, I’m unperturbed because I live in, and by, the Word of God. My life is the revelation of the graces and realities of the Word! I live triumphantly over sickness, disease, Satan, and the systems of this world, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

_*These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God (1 John 5:13).*_
In our opening Scripture, the Apostle John writes to believers; those who’re already in Christ; who already believe in God. He wasn’t writing to non-Christians. He says to them, “I want you to know that you have eternal life.” The word “know” is translated from the Greek “Eido,” which means to notice, observe, or become aware; it’s knowledge with awareness.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES WEDNESDAY, 25TH JANUARY. POVERTY IS NOT FOR YOU.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES WEDNESDAY, 25TH JANUARY.
POVERTY IS NOT FOR YOU.
For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich (2 Corinthians 8:9).
After you’re born again, poverty becomes completely unacceptable in your life. I know there’re people who believe Christians ought to be poor, but that’s due to their lack of understanding of the Scriptures. Poverty is not the absence of money, or other required necessities of life; it’s actually the disabling of a man’s mental prowess. It’s that state where a person’s mind shuts down, and that person believes that he or she can’t do anything to change his state.

BE VORACIOUS FOR THE WORD.
And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified (Acts 20:32).
The Word of God gives you much more than a moral code of conduct; it builds, lifts, transforms you and catapults you to your inheritance and destiny in Christ. Proverbs 11:9 tells us that through knowledge—revelation knowledge of God’s Word—shall the just be delivered into their inheritance.

RECEIVE.
For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ) (Romans 5:17).
In the realms of the Spirit, there’re different kinds of laws; we have the law of contact, the law of faith, and then we have the law of receiving, which is the focal point of today’s discussion. Our opening verse says, “For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness....”

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES SATURDAY, 21ST JANUARY. RESPOND TO THE WORD.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES SATURDAY, 21ST JANUARY.
RESPOND TO THE WORD.
We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak
(2 Corinthians 4:13).
God wants us to believe and live His Word. He wants us to use the Word, to take His Word and speak it. He didn’t only give us His Word to quote, memorize or recite; He gave us His Word so we can respond to it accordingly. You have to agree with the Word, and speak it forth; that’s what produces result.
Consider the glorious words of the Psalmist penned for us in Psalm 23:1-4: “The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.” Here, we find David affirming God’s Word, making his personal faith-proclamations on the basis of God’s Word.
There’s no need griping over lack, your seeming inabilities, or lack of strength; there’s no need to be afraid or intimidated by the oppositions you face! There’s no need to faint or lose heart over anything! Affirm the Word. Take the Word of God and speak it! Declare, “I’m being led in the paths of righteousness. I’m walking in the glory of God and fulfilling my destiny of greatness in Him!”
Don’t say, “Lord, deliver me from evil”; rather, like David, say, “I fear no evil!” That means no matter the evil or adversities, you’re triumphant over them, because greater is He that’s in you than he that’s in the world (I John 4:4). Christ is in you (Colossians 1:27); and that means glory, fulfillment, joy, progress, and transcendental blessings in your life.
But you see, it’s not going to happen just because you’re a Christian; you must affirm it. When life looks like there’s darkness, and things look bleak, don’t despair; take the Word and speak it. Declare, “Christ is in me; therefore, I’ll only and always be triumphant!” Whatever God says to you is for your benefit, and requires the right response. So, respond by affirming what He’s already said concerning you in His Word.
CONFESSION
The Word of God in my mouth is God talking! As I take and speak the Word, my life is impacted and transformed into what the Word says, making me a living and walking epistle of Christ. Men see and take note of me that Christ is in me; as He is, so am I in this world. Hallelujah!

For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God (Romans 8:19-21).
When you look around you, the materials formed and fabricated from natural elements are doing nothing, except what we have fabricated them to do. However, they can do much more; they can even hear you, because everything in life has intelligence.
Consider Moses, in Numbers 20:8. God said to him, “Take the rod, and gather thou the assembly together, thou, and Aaron thy brother, and speak ye unto the rock before their eyes; and it shall give forth his water, and thou shalt bring forth to them water out of the rock: so thou shalt give the congregation and their beasts drink.”
The first time, the people were thirsty for water, God told Moses to take his rod in his hand, and in the sight of the elders of the people, strike the rock and it’d bring forth water. He did as the Lord commanded and water came forth. See Exodus 17:5-6. This time however, God told Moses to talk to the rock. Now, the point to note here is the fact that the rock had intelligence. God expected Moses to talk to it.
In Mark 11, the Bible tells us that Jesus spoke to a tree. He was hungry, and upon seeing a fig tree, He expected to find some fruits on it, but didn’t find any. The Bible says, “And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard it” (Mark 11:14). First, notice that it says, “Jesus answered and said unto it (the tree)”; Jesus spoke to the tree. Secondly, His disciples heard him talk to the tree. By the next morning, the tree had died from its roots (Mark 11:21).
So you see, everything in life, living and non-living things, all have intelligence. The Bible says all creation is waiting, groaning in pains, for the manifestation of the sons of God. The whole creation has been subject to bondage, and travails to come into the liberty of the children of God. We’re the ones to set them at liberty. We’re the hope and light of the world. So, keep speaking life and blessings to your environment, to everything around you. Glory to God!
CONFESSION

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES THURSDAY, 19TH JANUARY. HE'LL PROTECT YOU.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES THURSDAY, 19TH JANUARY.
HE'LL PROTECT YOU.
...O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter. If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up (Daniel 3:16-18).

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES WEDNESDAY, 18TH JANUARY. THE KNOWLEDGE IS IN OUR SPIRITS.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES WEDNESDAY, 18TH JANUARY.
THE KNOWLEDGE IS IN OUR SPIRITS.
The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together (Romans 8:16-17).
Being born again, we have the witness in our spirits that we’re the children of God. Having received eternal life from Jesus Christ, the Spirit of God bears witness with your spirit; there’s a knowledge way down deep inside you that God is your Father. This isn’t an assumption! We have inside information, knowledge produced in us by the Holy Spirit that we’re born of God.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES TUESDAY, 17TH JANUARY. THE “GOD-MEN”.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES TUESDAY, 17TH JANUARY.
THE “GOD-MEN”.
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God (Romans 8:14).
The expression, “sons of God” isn’t a description of geniture or consanguineous relationship. When we say, for example, “Jesus Christ is the Son of God,” what that means is that Jesus Christ is the “God-man.” That’s why when Jesus told the Jews He is the Son of God, they wanted to stone Him to death. They understood what He meant; He was saying, “I’m the God-man”; that means God in human flesh.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES MONDAY, 16TH JANUARY. YOU'RE VALUABLE TO GOD.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES MONDAY, 16TH JANUARY.
YOU'RE VALUABLE TO GOD.
For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:7-8).
Have you ever thought about the fact that God loves you personally? Yes, YOU! God loves you as much as He loves Jesus. Your value to Him is the value of Jesus; otherwise, He wouldn’t have sent Jesus to die in your place. Think about it: He didn’t send an angel to die for you; He gave His Son, Jesus Christ:
