*Grace to Convert Your Reality in Christ to Your Experience*

_Ephesians 1:15-17 (LB), Ephesians 1:18-19 (NlV)_

_...ever since I heard of your strong faith in the Lord Jesus I have never stopped thanking God for you. I pray for you constantly, asking God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to give you wisdom to see clearly and really understand who Christ is and all that he has done for you. *I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and his incomparably great power for us who believe._

A major role we play in converting our realities in Christ to our experience is to consistently fill ourselves with the revelation of Christ and the wonderful things He has done for us. When we do this, our spiritual eyes are opened, our faith is strengthened and stirred up and the Holy Spirit then converts that revelation inside us to our experience. This is why we need to continue hearing and preaching the Gospel of Christ and the grace of God. The Word of God is the raw material that the Holy Spirit uses to manifest the life, power, blessings and the glory of Christ in us. The more knowledgeable we are concerning our reality in Christ, the more the Holy Spirit makes it flesh or our experience. This is why the Apostle prayed the way he prayed in our texts above.

In the Message Bible, Hebrews 2:1-4 says, “It is crucial that we keep a firm grip on what we have heard so that we don't drift off. If the old message delivered by the angels was valid and nobody got away with anything, do you think we can risk neglecting this latest message, this magnificent salvation? First of all, it was delivered in person by the Master, then accurately passed on to us by those who heard it from him. All the while, God was validating it with gifts through the Holy Spirit, all sorts of signs and miracles, as he saw fit." When Mary first received the message about her birthing Jesus, she wondered how possible it would be. The moment Mary said, “Be it unto me according to your Word", the Holy Spirit overshadowed her and began to make that Word flesh in her Luke 1:34-38. The way we labour to enter God's rest is by the labouring in the word of God, Heb. 4:11-12. As we fill ourselves with the revelation of Christ and we stand and hold firmly to the truth of Christ, it will become our experience.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I receive Your grace to fill myself with the Gospel and revelation of Christ and to pay greater focus and attention to it.
