PRAY WITH CONFIDENCE
1 John 5:14-15, Philippians 4:6-7(CEV)

1John.5.14-15 "And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us."And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him."

Philippians 4:6-7 "Don't worry about anything, but pray about everything. With thankful hearts offer up your prayers and requests to God. Then, because you belong to Christ Jesus, God will bless you with peace that no one can completely understand. And this peace will control the way you think and feel."

When some believers are praying, they pray as if they are trying to beg God to do something that He does not want to do for them. That is why they seems to struggle and do not enjoy a flow in their prayers as they should. The truth is that you are not the one trying to beg God to do something for you. He is the one who wants to give you that thing even more than you desire it because of how much He loves you.
That is why He has made promises to you. If there is a promise of that thing in God's word or if God did it for anybody in the scriptures then know that you are praying according to God's will and God is hearing you. If God is hearing you then He will surely answer you.
Let's take praying for protection as an an example. God has promised to give His angel in charge over you (Psa.91:11, Psa.34:7). He has promised that no weapons fashioned against you shall prosper ( Isa.54:17).
When you are praying for protection you should pray with confidence and know that God will answer you. The same applied to every needs that you have. Do not doubt God and His great love for ypu. He will bring His word to pass in your life. Luke 18:7-8(GNB) says,"Now, will God not judge in favour of his own people who cry to him day and night for help? Will he be slow to help them? I tell you, he will judge in their favour and do it quickly. But will the Son of Man find faith on earth when he comes?”

Remember that it is your Dear and Loving heavenly Father that you are praying to. Stop being anxious. He will give you what you desire much more than a loving father meets the need of His child.(Matt 7:9-11). The Bible says, "For he says, "In the time of my favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you." I tell you, now is the time of God's favor, now is the day of salvation." 2 Corin 6:2 (CEV).

PRAYER FOCUS:
Thank God for His great love and promises towards you. With confidence ask Him for the things you desire right now.
