Mark 16:6 (GNB), Philippians 2:8-9 (GNB), Romans 14:9
"Don't be alarmed," he said. "I know you are looking for Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He is not here---he has been raised! ... *He was humble and walked the path of obedience all the way to death--- his death on the cross. For this reason God raised him to the highest place above and gave him the name that is greater than any other name. *For Christ died and rose to life in order to be the Lord of the living and of the dead.

The gospel is incomplete without the revelation of the resurrection of Christ. The resurrection of Christ gives us countless reasons to rejoice, to be victorious and to be full of faith and God's power. It is the resurrection of Christ that sealed and confirmed our salvation and our new life and covenant with God. Romans 4:25 (GNB) says, “because of our sins he was given over to die, and he was raised to life in order to put us right with God.” According to Romans 10:9, it is our faith that Jesus is Lord and that God raised Him from the dead that causes us to experience the power of salvation. In the Good News Bible, 1Peter 1:3 says, let us give thanks to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! Because of his great mercy he gave us new life by raising Jesus Christ from death. This fills us with a living hope.
We are joined to the Living and have a living hope! Jesus is our hope and He is alive! The tomb is empty! Jesus did not only die for us, He overcame death and all power of the devil for u (Heb.2:14-15) and He was raised up for us by the power of the Holy Spirit. Now all power has been given unto Him. He is Lord! He is Lord, both of the living and the dead. He has dominion and authority over every power and authority in Heaven, on earth and under the earth. We must believe and receive this deep down in our hearts. Because Jesus lives and all power belongs to Him, nothing is impossible for God to accomplish in your life. Today, your revelation of Christ's resurrection and Lordship will fill your life with divine hope and victory. It is finished!
