hen the disciples asked Him why He spoke to the people in parables, the Word declares, "…this people’s heart is waxed gross…lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them" (Matthew 13:15). I want you to note the words "any time"; meaning that whenever you "see" the Word with the eyes of your spirit, "hear" and "understand" it with your heart, you or your situation will be converted. In other words, there’ll be a change. How does this change occur?

Psalm 19:7 says, "The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul…." God’s Word is a converter; it’s a transforming agent! If you’d meditate on the Word, nothing can stop the change you desire from taking place! The Word will make a poor man prosperous, produce healing and health for the sick, and stir joy in the heart of the downcast.
