Your Victory is Sure!

Your Victory is Sure!

Romans 16:19-20 (AMP), Psalms 34:19 (AMP)
For the report of your obedience has reached everyone, so that I rejoice over you, but I want you to be wise in what is good and innocent in what is evil. The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The [wonderful] grace of our Lord Jesus be with you. *Many hardships and perplexing circumstances confront the righteous, But the LORD rescues him from them all.

Author PhotoOne interesting part of our first text above is that Apostle Paul does not just indicate that God will crush Satan. Rather, he makes it clear that the God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet! I declare the same unto you right now in the name of Jesus. The truth is that God has already crushed Satan by the victory of Christ on the Cross (Heb.2:14), so in the Spirit, that situation you are going through is already concluded in your favour. In other words, what Apostle Paul is saying is that you will soon experience the victory of Christ over Satan in your own life. God is about to put that challenge you are facing under your feet and completely crush and destroy it. God’s mighty wisdom and power is arising in you and God is giving you peace, dominion and complete victory over that situation in the name of Jesus.

Before making this statement, Apostle Paul commended the believers for their obedience and walk with God and he also encouraged them to remain steadfast in God’s ways. His doing this indicates that even though we are walking in God’s ways, we can still face challenges and that in those challenges we may be tempted and discouraged. But that is just a trick of the devil. As we remain steadfast in the faith, we will surely experience our victory over our challenges because our victory is sure. Like our second text above says, though we are God’s righteous children, we will face many afflictions, but no matter how many they are, God will deliver us and grant us victory from every one of them. We are assured of this victory because of the wonderful grace of our Lord Jesus that abides with us.

PRAYER:
Thank God that by the grace of Christ, your victory over every challenge and affliction that you may be going through is sure.
