Keep Your Hope Alive

 Keep Your Hope Alive

MONDAY
JUNE. 19

Romans 4:18-21 (NIV)
Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many nations, just as it had been said to him, "So shall your offspring be." Without weakening in his faith, he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead…and…Sarah's womb was also dead... he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised.

Never stop holding on to God's promises for your life. Continually study God's word about your life and situation. Do not let it depart from your eyes. Keep it in the midst of your heart, Prov.4:20-21. Meditate on the word and pray in line with the scriptures. Envision it as your reality that will soon manifest. God is not a man that He should lie. Since He has said it, He will make good on His word, Num.23:19. Do not lose your joy. Continue to give God glory for who He is and for His promises towards your life. Do not allow the passage of time, nor the changing circumstances and conditions around you to cause your faith and confessions to waver. Instead of declaring that it is over or wondering if it is still possible, declare in faith that God has done it and that it will soon manifest. Like Abraham, start calling yourself what God has called you.

No situation is ever beyond God's control. He will make a way where there seems to be no way. Keep yourself in the atmosphere of faith and joy. Resist the temptation to feel sorry for yourself. Pray in the Spirit and declare God's word by faith over yourself and your situation. If possible, connect with other believers and stand in prayer and faith with them. Listen to testimonies and know remain confident that you too will soon testify. Keep following God's leading and directions. Your hope will not disappoint because of God's love that has been spread deeply in our hearts by the Holy Spirit, Rom.5:5.

PRAYER FOCUS:
Pray in the Spirit and declare God's word and promises over your life and situation. Rejoice and give God thanks.
