Hosea 14:4-6, Isaiah 32:15
I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely: for mine anger is turned away from him. I will be as the dew unto Israel: he shall grow as the lily, and cast forth his roots as Lebanon. His branches shall spread, and his beauty shall be as the olive tree, and his smell as Lebanon. *Until the spirit be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness be a fruitful field, and the fruitful field be counted for a forest.

In the Bible, the rain and dew of Heaven are also symbolic of the presence of God and the operation and move of the Holy Spirit. In our first text above, God said He would be as the dew unto His people. The Good News Bible says, God will be like rain in a dry land to His people. God rains Himself upon us by manifesting His presence in our lives. One major sign that follows the presence of God is an amazing consciousness of His love. God manifests His great love to us and He draws us nearer to Him. In the presence of God, we also experience awesome manifestations of God's glory and power. We also experience His joy and He shows us the path of life, Psa.16:11.
Our first text above reveals that when the dew of God's presence fills your life, you will grow as the lily and be strong like the cedar of Lebanon. You will spread. Your beauty and scent will be like the olive tree and the cedar of Lebanon. You will continually experience new levels of divine freshness and fruitfulness. This year, you will be more conscious of God's presence than you have ever been in your entire life and your consciousness will keep growing stronger. The blessings of the presence of God will fill your life.
Like rain and dew, you will also experience the operations and move of the Holy Spirit in your life. You will experience His fruit, His gifts, His divine empowerment for exploits and witnessing for Christ and for doing good works in every area of your life.
