You will Need That Grace
1 Kings 19:5-8 (NIV)
.. he lay down under the tree and fell asleep. ... an angel touched him and said, "Get up and eat." … there by his head was a cake of bread baked over hot coals, and a jar of water. He ate and drank and then lay down again. The angel of the LORD came back … and touched him and said, "Get up and eat, for the journey is too much for you." So he got up and ate and drank. Strengthened by that food, he traveled forty days and forty nights …

The grace of God in your life is stirred up every time you spend time in God's presence to fellowship with Him(Heb.4:16), every time you receive the revelation of Christ John 1:17 and as you remain humble in God (James 4:6). God wants you to continually grow in His grace (2Pet.3:18) and He wants you to be strong in His grace, 2Tim.2:1. God also wants your heart to be established in grace, Heb.13:9. He wants to grant you His sufficient grace so you can always abound to every good work, 2Cor.9:8. That is why the spirit of God usually leads you to fellowship with God, receive the revelation of Christ and remain humble. Many times you will not feel like doing these things or engaging in some other spiritual exercises but as you obey God by faith and give yourself to these things, you are making great investments in your walk with God and into your future.
Don't wait for desperate situations to arise before you attempt to seek God and stir up His grace in your life. Deliberately apply the wisdom that God gave Joseph in Egypt to build your capacity immensely and store up excess amounts of His grace and wisdom for the future. When you are praying in tongues, for example, you are edifying or building up yourself, 1Cor.14:4. The capacity of your faith and inner man are being built up, Jude 1:20, Eph.3:16. It's not just you that will need that grace in the future. Like Joseph, many people are going to come to you to buy or receive grace for themselves. May you
