_Divine Implications of God's Indwelling_
_2 Samuel 6:10-11, 1 Samuel 5:2-3_
_So... David carried it aside into the house of Obededom the Gittite. And the ark of the LORD continued in the house of Obededom the Gittite three months: and the LORD blessed Obededom, and all his household. *When the Philistines took the ark of God, they brought it into the house of Dagon, and set it by Dagon. And when they arose early on the morrow, behold, Dagon was fallen upon his face to the earth before the ark of the LORD._

Our Bible texts above show us a little picture of the kind of things that we should expect in our lives because we are carrying God's presence inside us. From our first text, we see how Obededom and all his household was blessed because of the ark that was in his house. I declare unto you that by the virtue of God's presence that lives in you because of Christ, both you and everyone and everything about you will experience the power, the glory and the blessings of God. Obededom's prosperity by the presence of God was so evident that David heard about it and came to carry the ark to his own house, 2 Samuel 6:12. The manifestations of the blessings, the power and the glory of God in your life will be very real, clear and undeniable. People will desire to know God and have His presence in their lives because of your results and testimonies.
Our second text above shows us that the Philistines made a big mistake by putting the ark of God in their temple together with their idol known as Dagon. When they came back the next morning Dagon was on the floor in front of the ark. They thought it was a mistake or that the wind might have blown Dagon down so they lifted Dagon back to its position. By the next morning Dagon was on the floor in front of the ark and its head and arms were cut off from its body. No evil power shall be able to withstand God's presence that is in you. You are not in the same level with them. Jesus has given you authority over every power of the enemy and nothing shall harm you, Luke 10:19.
