*Empowered to bring God's Kingdom into Your Environment*

_Matthew 6:9-10, Luke 17:20-21, Matthew 10:8_
_... pray ye: Our Father heaven, which art in heaven, .. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. *And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or lo there! for, behold the kingdom of God is within you. *Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give._

God's kingdom comes as His will is being done on earth just as it is in Heaven. So many of us are waiting on God to do what He has empowered us to do. We must pray for God's will to be done, but we must also arise and do what God's will is in that situation and environment. In our second text above, Jesus said the kingdom of God is in you. It is then your responsibility to allow it to come out and manifest in that situation or environment that you are in. In Acts 1:6-8, the disciples of Jesus were asking Him when He will restore the kingdom back to Israel and He told them that they will be empowered by His Spirit to represent Him in all the world. They were now in charge of doing all that Jesus has been doing and that is why the Spirit of God was sent to fill and empower them.

It was the will of God for Egypt to have abundance in the time of farming and God used Joseph to bring that dimension of His will to pass. Because we are in Christ, we can do much more than Joseph did. Jesus said the least of us in the kingdom is greater than John the Baptist and all who were before him, Matt. 11:11. In Luke 11:20, Jesus said, ... if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you. You are God's hands, eyes, mouth and feet where ever you are. By God's power you can remove what is not God's will and replace it with what is God's will in that situation and environment. You can also teach people the will and ways of God.

Prayer Focus:
Pray for God's kingdom to come and for His will to be done in that your environment as it is in Heaven. Ask God to use you to manifest His power, wisdom and to do His will in that environment.
