*Never Lose the Joy of Salvation*
_Luke 10:20-21, Luke 15:7_

_...reioice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven. ln that hour Jesus rejoiced in the spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, ...that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight. *... likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance._
After sending His disciples to preach the gospel and minister His power, the disciples of Jesus returned and their main testimony was, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name. Jesus immediately had to change their. He told them that He saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven and He told them He has given them authority over every power of the enemy, but what He wanted them to focus on and rejoice about is that their names are written in Heaven. After telling them this, Jesus rejoiced in His Spirit. This is what we should also always focus on and be glad about.
We must continue to stay in faith and in fellowship with Jesus. There are people that may experience and manifest various forms of fruit, power or results without a genuine relationship with God through Jesus Christ. They will be disappointed when Jesus comes, Matt. 7:21 -23. When we understand the gravity of what it meant for Jesus to come down to live, suffer and die just to save us and make us God's children, we will rejoice and thank God for it and we will keep seeing the manifestations or fruits of it in our lives Rom. 5:8-10, Rom. 8:31-32. But whether we see manifestations or not, our focus and joy must continually be in the grace and salvation we have received because of our faith in Jesus. We must also be passionate and enthusiastic about preaching the gospel and seeing souls getting saved. When we attach the same value that God gives to the salvation of a soul, we will rejoice more than we do when we hear or see a soul saved.
Prayer:
I rejoice in you Dear Lord, for the great salvation of my soul and those around me. Thank you for writing our names in Heaven.
