The Lord Will Restore!
Joel 2:25-27 (NKJV) So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, The crawling locust, The consuming locust, And the chewing locust,... You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, And praise the name of the LORD your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you; And My people shall never be put to shame. Then you shall know that I am in the midst of Israel: I am the LORD your God And there is no other...
Situations that appear hopeless to men are actually very light and easy before God, Luke 18:27. The mountains (that obstruct men) skip like rams and the seas (that sink men) tremble and flee at His presence, Psa. 114: 4-7. The issue is not whether God can restore or not but whether you believe you can experience restoration in that situation. Do not allow the enormity of any mishap or devastation to throw your faith in God off balance. Is it an area of your health? This is what God is saying to you: “I will give you back your health again and heal your wounds. Now you are called 'The Outcast' and 'Jerusalem, the Place Nobody Wants.' "But," says the Lord, "when I bring you home again from your captivity and restore your fortunes, Jerusalem will be rebuilt upon her ruins; the palace will be reconstructed as it was before. The cities will be filled with joy and great thanksgiving, and I will multiply my people and make of them a great and honored nation” (Jer. 30:17-19-Living Bible).
No matter how dry the issue looks, those dry bones will live again (Ezek.37:1-10)! 1Samuel 30:19 says, “and there was nothing lacking to them, neither small nor great, neither sons nor daughters, neither spoil, nor any thing that they had taken to them: David recovered all.” The Lord will restore and you will recover all. As you encourage yourself in the Lord like David did, by God's divine strength, divine direction and divine favour, you will experience divine restoration. You will recover all you may have lost.
PRAYER: Lord, I believe that no situation is beyond You. As such, I receive divine restoration into my life right now in Jesus' name!
