The Glory of God is Increasing and Abounding

Isaiah 60:1-3 (NLT), 2Corithians 3:18 (NIV) Arise, Jerusalem! Let your light shine for all to see. For the glory of the Lord rises to shine on you. Darkness as black as night covers all the nations of the earth,

but the glory of the Lord rises and appears over you. All nations will come to your light; mighty kings will come to see your radiance. *and we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the spirit.

That which you see and remain conscious of at every given point in time will ultimately affect your ability to be all that God has ordained for you to be. If we are not careful, the things happening in the physical realm can cause us to become more focused and conscious of the evil and darkness that is becoming more visibly pervasive on the earth. But while this is happening, there is something else that is far more wonderful and powerful that is also taking place. The glory and light of God is also increasing and abounding on the earth. The devil is not the only one at work. God is also at work. God is also at work in you, Phil. 2:13. The glory of God is increasing upon your life and you are being changed from glory to glory by the Spirit of Go. Jesus is working in His church! He is building us and the gates of hell will not prevail against us.

God’s work and power always exceed the devil’s work and power. When we are more conscious of what the devil is doing, it paralyses and weakens our faith. But when we choose to be more conscious of what God is doing, we are empowered to cooperate with Him to manifest of his power, plans and purposes, 2kings 6:15-18. It is the glory of God arising in us that can and will consume every negative story occurring around us. The Bible assures us that the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the water cover the sea. Heb. 2:14. It is through you and me that this glory of God will fill and overshadow the entire earth. Keep yielding yourself to God.

I see your power and glory rising in me, omnipotent Lord. I yield myself to you. Continue your work in me and shine through me.
