Pray just like Christ

The right way to pray to God the Father, in the Name of Jesus is to pray as if it is Jesus Himself that is praying. The day that Jesus was referring to in our text above is the period after His death, burial and resurrection and that day has come. By our faith in what Christ has done for us, the Bible says that we are in Christ (2Cor.5:17) and the Bible also says that we have put on Christ (Gal.3:27). It is no longer we that are living it is Christ that is living through us; so we should be living by His faith (Gal.2:20). We should do everything that we do as if it is Christ that is doing it because we are one spirit with Christ (1Cor.6:17) and as He is so are we in this world (1John 4:17).

God the Father really wants us to know that we are sons to Him just as much as Jesus is a Son to Him and that He is a Father to us just as much as he is a Father to Jesus, John 20:17. In John 17:23, Jesus said God the Father loves us the same way He loves Him (Jesus). You have to believe it and let it reflect in every area of your life and in your walk with God. Elevate your prayer life. Don't pray based on what you think you deserve. Always pray based on what you think Jesus deserves. Praying based on what you think you deserve is like praying in your name. If you really want your joy to be full then Jesus said this is how you should be praying. Pray and expect God the Father to answer you and give you the same results just as if it was Jesus Himself that was praying.
