Command Divine Boldness and Authority

Ecclesiastes 8:4 (NKJV), Psalm 82:6, Hebrews 13:5-6 (NKJV)
Where the word of a king is, there is power; and who may say to him, “What are you doing?”*I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. *Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” So we may boldly say: “The LORD is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?”

God wants the dominion and authority that He has given you in Christ to reflect in the way you talk to yourself, to others, to Him (in prayers), to the devil and to circumstances and situations in your life. Your words are very powerful, Prov.18:21. They greatly determine the direction and outcome of your life. Jesus said you will have whatsoever you say, Mark 11:23. Our last text above says, God wants you to boldly (not timidly) say what He is saying about you. Listen if God wants you to come 'boldly' to His throne of grace (Heb.4:16), then you can also face any person or situation boldly. Know who you are in Christ and speak and live that way. Talk the way Jesus talks because you are His Ambassador. God has confidence in you.

When some guards were asked why they couldn't seize Jesus as they were sent to, John 7:46 (GNB) says “the guards answered, "Nobody has ever talked the way this man does!" Stop living your life in so much fear and intimidation. Do you know what the Bible says about you in Isaiah 54:17? It says “no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment 'you' shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is from Me,” says the LORD.” You can cancel and nullify every negative news, declaration or policy made against you. Jesus said the gates of hell will not prevail against you and whatever you bind (refuse) or loose (allow) on earth will be bound or loosed in heaven, Matt.16:18-19.

PRAYER FOCUS: Thank God for empowering you to speak and live boldly and confidently. Boldly declare God's Word into your life now.
