The life of faith to which we’ve been called is a call to live from inside out. 2 Corinthians 4:17-18 says, "For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal [that means subject to change]; but the things which are not seen are eternal." It’s only by faith that you "look" at things which your natural senses can’t perceive. Those who haven’t learnt to function from their spirits are the ones dominated by natural forces and circumstances.
Don’t let your focus be on what’s going on in your outward man; pay attention to your spirit. God has deposited in your spirit everything you require to live a successful and victorious life. Health, prosperity, victory, success, excellence, and every good thing in Christ Jesus are in your spirit! Activate them from within; look inwards, and live from inside out. "A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good…" (Luke 6:45). ~ Pastor Chris Oyakhilome.
