Galatians 5:22-23 (GNB), 1Corinthians 4:2, 2Timothy 2:1-2 But the Spirit produces love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, humility, and self-control. There is no law against such things as these. *Moreover, it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful. *Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.
Faithfulness is the nature of God in us that causes us to demonstrate absolute loyalty and unwavering commitment both to God and to the people we serve or are connected to. God’s nature of faithfulness in us implores us to pour our whole being into whatever we are doing, avoiding eye service. Both in the presence and absence of others, we remain loyal and committed to what we are supposed to do. Regardless of whether things are good or bad, we remain loyal and committed. Faithfulness is what restrains you from anything that would displease the person or cause that you are committed to, no matter the circumstance or situation. It is born out of personal faith and vision in the person or cause you have chosen to be committed to.
Faithful men are scarce and in high demand in the world we live in right now (Proverbs 20:6-7 (NKJV). God has given us the ability to manifest His faithfulness; the issue is how much we are maximizing this ability that God has given us. Faithfulness makes us diligent and reliable people. It attracts trust, responsibilities and promotion. People who are faithful do not fear or display cowardice during times of accountability. Manifest the faithfulness of God in whatever cause you are a part of and in whatever responsibility you have. Serve those that God has placed above you faithfully. Real promotion comes from God and He begins His promotion from your inside. Your capacity is increasing. Do not be discouraged. Remain faithful.
PRAYER FOCUS: Thank God for His nature of faithfulness that resides in you and declare that you have the grace to manifest more of it.
