Divine Invitation

Isaiah 55:1-2 (NLT), John 7:37
"Is anyone thirsty? Come and drink even if you have no money! Come, take your choice of wine or milk it's all free! Why spend your money on food that does not give you strength? Why pay for food that does you no good? Listen to me, and you will eat what is good. You will enjoy the finest food. *In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.

Our God and Father, has a very wonderful and glorious solution for every challenge or situation that we face in life. He is always lovingly inviting us to come to Him so He can satisfy every thirst, no matter what it may be. He wants to satisfy your thirst with wine and milk! What does the word wine and milk symbolize to you; especially in that situation you may be facing right now? Listen, your financial status or any other status does not matter to God. What matters to God is your heart status. That is, if you are willing to listen to Him and believe Him, His Word will stir up the rivers of living waters of the miraculous and God's abundance that you have, John 7:38.

Do you remember how Mary told the servants at the wedding in Cana to do just whatever Jesus told them to do? Do you remember what the result of their obedience to His Word was, John 2:1-10? That is what your testimony is going to be. His Word will provide for your need. What God wants to give you is something you cannot buy with money or something you cannot qualify for on your own; but because of Jesus, you now deserve it. People do not usually go with boldness to ask for mercy but God says you should come boldly to His throne of grace to obtain mercy and find grace to help in your time of need, Heb.4:16. The reason is that it has been paid for, by Jesus. God wants you to come and obtain it. Reach out to God now and receive His Word by His Spirit.

PRAYER FOCUS: Come to God right now and receive His mercy and grace. Ask Him to stir up His Word in your heart by His Spirit.
