Unstoppable Increase by Divine Wisdom

Genesis 30:27-30
And Laban said unto him, I pray thee, if I have found favour in thine eyes, tarry: for I have learned by experience that the LORD hath blessed me for thy sake. And he said, Appoint me thy wages, and I will give it. And he said unto him, Thou knowest how I have served thee, and how thy cattle was with me. For it was little which thou hadst before I came, and it is now increased unto a multitude; and the LORD hath blessed thee since my coming.

The blessing of God upon Jacob's life found expression through divine wisdom. Laban's flock was minimal before Jacob came to work for him. However, before Jacob left Laban, his flock became a multitude, Gen.30:27-30. Despite the fact that Jacob served Laban with all his heart, Laban tried to cheat Jacob ten different times, Gen.31:6-7. But by the wisdom of God, Jacob continued to experience increase and abundance. The Bible reflects the fact that Jacob had great increase in varying animals and in servants, Gen.30:43. An example of the divine wisdom that God gave to Jacob while working with Laban was when he took the rods of some trees and cut shapes into them. By placing these rods in front of the animals while they were feeding, He was able to influence the colour of the offspring of these animals in a way that favoured him, based on his agreement with Laban, Gen.30:31-43.

I declare unto you that nobody will be able to stop the increase and abundance that God is bringing into your life. By the wisdom of God, you will prevail and you will make the right decisions, even in tough situations. In Proverbs 4:7, the Bible declares that “wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding.” Proverbs 24:5 says, “a wise man is strong, yes, a man of knowledge increases strength.” Verse 10 adds, “If you faint in the day of adversity, your strength is small.” No situation will cause you to faint. The wisdom of God will be stirred up in you. You will know what to do and you will experience increase.

FAITH DECLARATION: By the wisdom of God that is in me because of Christ, I will prevail in every situation and I will experience increase.
