The Manifestation of the Sons of God

Romans 1:3-4, Romans 8:19 (KJV & GNB)
Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh; And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead. *For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. *All of creation waits with eager longing for God to reveal his children.

Our first text above reveals to us that the way God declared Jesus to be His Son was by raising Him from the dead by the power of the Spirit. The Bible also shows us that the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in us (Rom.8:11). That same mighty power is at work within us, Eph.1:18-20. I am glad to tell you that just as God declared Jesus to be His Son by raising Him from the dead (Rom.1:4), God will also declare to the world that you are His son or daughter by manifesting His resurrection power both in and through your life.

Right now, the Holy Spirit is quickening you and generating the life of God into every area of your life. The same life and power that Jesus would manifest if He were in your home, school, office, business, ministry and nation is what the Holy Spirit is empowering you to manifest right now. You are empowered to manifest as the son or daughter of God that you are. You are empowered to manifest just like Jesus, wherever you find yourself today. You are a new creature and Christ is in you. Sin, sickness, curses, failure, poverty, depression, bondages and afflictions of the devil do not have any right to dominate your life. By the life of Christ, you are empowered to reign over them all, Rom.5:17. You will be joyful and victorious, you will solve problems, you will meet needs and you will have great impact on the lives of others today.

PRAYER FOCUS: Thank God for the power of His Spirit that is consistently empowering you and causing you to manifest like Christ everywhere you find yourself today.
