Kingdom Principles of Greatness 3
Hebrews 6:11-12 (NIV), James 1:2-4 (NKJV)
We want each of you to show this same diligence to the very end, in order to make your hope sure. We do not want you to become lazy, but to imitate those who through faith and patience inherit what has been promised. *My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.

Many challenges that you will face are because of where God is taking you to and the greatness He wants to bring out of you. Because of where God is taking you to, you need to develop strength and character, which you need to develop over time. Real growth and transformation take time. There are many persecutions that will arise because of the word that God has sent and spoken over your life, Matt.13:21. Trials will come to tempt you to let go and turn away from God.
Talking about Joseph, Psalm 105:19-22 says “until the time that his word came: the word of the LORD tried him. The king sent and loosed him; even the ruler of the people, and let him go free. He made him lord of his house, and ruler of all his substance: To bind his princes at his pleasure; and teach his senators wisdom”.
God is never late. As He opens your eyes to His will and plan for you, you will have a different attitude to the circumstances you face in life. Apostle Paul said the knowledge of God's will produces patience and longsuffering with joyfulness, Col.1:9-11, Rom. 5:3-5. In Christ, God has given you the ability to tolerate, so endure hardship as a good soldier of Christ, 2Tim.2:3. Sometimes as a son you will have to endure chastisement, Heb.12:7. Do not give up and do not faint.
PRAYER: I receive your strength Lord to hold on to you and to have the right attitude towards my challenges. Open my eyes to your will.
