Experiencing Divine Abundance
Isaiah 1:19-20, John 2:5-7
If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it. *His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it. And there were set there six waterpots of stone, after the manner of the purifying of the Jews, containing two or three firkins apiece. Jesus saith unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim.

At every given point in time, your experience in life is not tied to the season or circumstance that is prevailing in the world around you. Rather, your experience is tied to your willingness to follow God's leading and to obey His voice. In Psalm 91:7, the Bible assures us that a thousand shall fall by your side and ten thousand will fall by your right side but it shall not come near you. There is always divine provision of God's will that He always has in store for you, no matter what is prevailing in the world around you.
Peter had toiled all night and caught nothing. But when he let down his net in obedience to Jesus' voice, he experienced an unbelievable supply of God's abundance, Luke 5:4-7. Despite the great famine in the land, because Isaac chose to obey God's voice, in that same year he reaped an unbelievable harvest of God's blessings and grace, Gen.26:1-5 & 12-14.
What is God telling you to do right now? What does God's word say about you now that you are in Christ, and what is God's Spirit in you leading you to do? Like Mary the mother of Jesus said in our 2nd text above, what should always be on your heart is to do whatever Jesus tells you to do. Your divine season is in your divine obedience. Obey God abundantly. As long as the Lord is your Shepherd, you will not lack any good thing, Psa.23:1.
PRAYER FOCUS: Pray in the Spirit right now and ask God to reveal His mind and His will to you for every area of your life. Declare in faith that as you follow God's leading, you experience His abundance.
