The Greater Power Is In You

Exodus 7:10-12
And Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharaoh, and they did so as the LORD had commanded: and Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh, and before his servants, and it became a serpent. Then Pharaoh also called the wise men and the sorcerers: now the magicians of Egypt, they also did in like manner with their enchantments. For they cast down every man his rod, and they became serpents: but Aaron's rod swallowed up their rods.

The first time that God told Moses to put down his rod and it became a serpent, Moses ran away in terror. God then told him to hold the serpent by the tail and it became his rod again, Exo.4:2-4. This was one of the signs that was to accompany Moses as He carried out the purpose God had assigned to him. There are many things you are capable of which you are not yet aware of. The same power that raised Jesus from the dead is alive and at work in you, Eph.1:19-20. God will do exceedingly, abundantly above all you can ask or think by His mighty power that is at work in you, Eph.3:20.

You are not ordinary and your rod (which is everything you have or the things you are engaged in) is not ordinary either. You will do great exploits that will cause people to want to know and serve the God you serve. The magicians in Egypt likely previously turned their rods into serpents; that is why Pharaoh could boldly call upon them to do it. But their 'rod-serpents' had never been swallowed up by another 'rodserpent' before. The greater power of God manifesting through Moses dominated the power that was operating in Egypt. This is how you will dominate over every power that tries to come against you, even in the things that you are engaged in. Despite every threat and opposition that comes against you, you will succeed and you will fulfill God's purpose for your life. God will also use you to free, liberate and bless others.

PRAYER: Thank God for His mighty power that is at work in you and declare that you are unstoppable as you fulfill God's purpose for your life.
