Freedom From All Fear

Freedom From All Fear
JULY8
SATURDAY
Psalm 34:4-5 (NIV & GNB), 2Timothy 1:7a
I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears. Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame. *I prayed to the LORD, and he answered me; he freed me from all my fears. The oppressed look to him and are glad; they will never be disappointed. *For God hath not given us the spirit of fear…

Experts on human behaviour have documented the various types and classifications of fear that are exhibited in our world today. In 1John 4:18b, the Bible says, ‘fear has torment.’ So many people today are living in torment and are greatly limited by the various fears they inhibit. In our first text above, David sincerely called upon God concerning all his fears and God graciously delivered him from them all. God will also deliver from every type of fear that you may have. The very first time that man was afraid was immediately after he fell because of devil’s deception, Gen.3:10. Every fear also stems from a consciousness of inability and inadequacy. Immediately after the fall of man, Adam realized that he was naked and so he hid himself. I am sincerely glad to let you know that because of Jesus, we have been saved and raised up and the glory of God that man fell short of because of sin has been restored to us.

Hebrews 2:14-15 says, forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. Because of what Jesus has done for you, God has already delivered you from every kind of fear. All you have to do is to receive your victory. As you pray unto God and also meditate on God’s Word about what Christ has done for you, the faith of God will be stirred up in you and the truth will cause you experience your freedom.

PRAYER: I thank you, Father, for sending Jesus to save and deliver me from every kind of fear. I declare that I have the spirit of faith.
