Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands. For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. *Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. *I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Your consciousness of your empowerment by Christ will go a long way to enhance your strength at all times and your ability to do exploits in every single area of your life. Just as God anointed Jesus with the Holy Ghost and power (Acts 10:38), He has also anointed you with the Holy Ghost and His power. That is why He has sent you into the world just as He sent Jesus. You are empowered to do exploits.
The same power that raised Christ up from the dead is at work in you, Eph.1:17-20. Your eyes simply need to be opened to this truth that is already your reality. You also have the power that is in the name of Jesus. Philippians 2:9-10 declares that at the name of Jesus, every knee would bow and confess that He is Lord. In Acts 3:6b, Peter said, “such as I have I give unto you, in the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk” and the lame man was healed. Do you realize the great power that you have in Christ?
The empowerment that God has given you by His Spirit is not limited to any area of your life. 1Corinthians 1:5 reminds us that we have been enriched in all things. 2Corinthians 9:8 also confirms that God is able to make all grace abound towards us to have sufficiency in all things so we can abound to every good work. Stop believing the lies of the enemy that you are weak and powerless and start stirring up the power of God that is in you. Child of God, you have power and you can do all things through Christ that strengthens you.
PRAYER FOCUS: Thank God for the great power that He has given you to do exploits in every area of your life.
