God Delights in Your Prosperity

Psalm35:27 (KJV)
Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.

Do you realize that your prosperity brings God pleasure? Have you ever taken time to ponder this scripture? I want you to take note of the latter part of our text above. It says, 'let the Lord be magnified' (praised, worship and adored) because He takes pleasure in our prosperity. Or we can say it this way; our prosperity delights and gives God pleasure.

This prosperity is tripartite in nature. God wants you to prosper in your spirit, soul and body. He wants you to prosper in your marriage, academics, political and professional career, job, business, health and all your endeavours . In 3 John 2, the Apostle John said 'I wish above all things that you prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers'. I want you to know that if your prosperity gives Him pleasure, then your poverty and suffering displease Him. God has already paid the price for your prosperity in Christ Jesus, 2 Corinthians 8:9. So arise and start taking possession of what is rightfully yours. Prosperity is yours. God takes pleasure in your prosperity.

Remember, the Psalm enjoins us to magnify God who delights in our prosperity. The more you prosper, the more God will be magnified.

PRAYER FOCUS:Thank God because He takes pleasure in your prosperity and well being.
