Lenders and Not Borrowers

Deut. 28:13-14a (KJV)
And the LORD shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand and thou shall lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow. And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail, and thou shall be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath.

From our text above, God's desire and will for our finances are established and made known to us in plain terms. He has declared that He will open unto you the good treasure of heaven and cause blessing to rain on you. As a result, whatever you do shall prosper. I want you to know that God is your source and His riches in Christ belong to you. Borrowing is not His will for you. On the contrary, His desire is that you will lend to nations because He has blessed you with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus, Ephesians 1:3. Please, note that He did not say nation but nations (plural). God wants you to walk and operate in the fullness of His blessings; so much so that nations of the world will run to you for financial assistance.

God wants you to renew your mind from borrowing to lending because that is what He has made you. You are His own dear child. You are His heir and joint heirs with Christ, Romans 8:17. All of the riches of Christ belong to you. So, start to think and talk like a lender because you are rich. See yourself the way He sees you. You cannot fail in life. He has designed you to succeed. The heavens above you are already open. You have the Holy Ghost advantage in all things.

FAITH DECLARATION: I am what You say I am. I have what You say I have. I confess that I am rich, I am a giver and not a beggar, a lender and not a borrower. I will lend to the nations of the world in Jesus' name. Amen!
